Our own moulds, our own inspection.

A connector is a tolerance part. If the tool is not yours, every change waits for someone else's production schedule. Ours does not.

Tooling

In-house mould design and maintenance. Colour, laser marking and pin-out changes typically within two weeks of an approved drawing.

Moulding

Engineering thermoplastics, white / black / grey / grey-green / orange button variants held as standard colours.

Assembly

Contact blocks, power contacts and housings assembled and keyed as matched pairs, not as loose halves.

Inspection

Mating check, contact seating and visual inspection before packing. Batch records kept for traceability.
